OSHENS offers two levels of investigation. The Local Investigation area encourages local line management and supervisory personnel to conduct a basic review of cirumstances in order to examine possible cause issues and identify potential remedial actions.
Full Investigation provides special embedded guidance based on HSG245 with OSHENS automatically compiling a formal investigation report on completion.
The OSHENS Incident & Accident Reporting Module includes built-in online for making statutory reports to regulatory authorities.
