OSHENS has a range of standard reports. These are all created through a series of parameter-based filter steps that enable the specific range of data sought to be presented.
The reports are prepared module by module, so for example the Incident Management module is covered by standard reports that identify numbers and types of incident, causal factors, types of injuries, accident incident rates etc.
For other modules the reports feature as registers, for example displaying a hierarchical picture of risk across an area of the organisation or of inspection non-conformance issues.
All standard reports created can be saved into a user's "My Reports" area so that once set up they can be re-run instantaneously at any time.
OSHENS also provides advanced analysis tools to support those that wish to have the freedom to analyse data in multiple dimensions and with complete flexibility.
