OSHENS contains a powerful central management tool for collating and monitoring all action plans across an organisation.
Actions can be grouped and sorted according to their origins (e.g. incident investigation, risk assessment, audit, inspection etc.). They can also be sorted by area/department of the organisation or person responsible.
The Action Tracking module carries a full audit trail so that once created any change made to an action is recorded including details of the nature of the change and the user making it.
