Action Tracking
OSHENS contains a powerful central management tool for collating and monitoring all action plans from anywhere in the organisation.
Actions can be grouped and sorted according to their origins (e.g. incident investigation, risk assessment, inspection etc.). They can also be sorted by area/department of the organisation or person responsible.
The Action Tracking module has a full historical audit trail so that once created any change made to an action is recorded including details of the nature of the change and the user making it.
The module provides full email support capabilities allowing action owners to be advised or action required or completed.

Outstanding actions can be tracked and monitored and reports generated displaying lists of actions according to a desired status (e.g. actions overrun).
