OSHENS Behavioural Observations software offers a tool for managing the human factors side of health and safety.

The system allows recording of ad hoc observations of a positive or negative behaviour as well as planned behavioural observation sessions.

Key is the ability to generate action plans from issues identified, these can then be monitored through the central action tracking facility.
