The safety software provides special (restricted) access to contractors that allows them to complete pre-selection assessment questionnaires online - attaching appropriate supporting documentation at the same time.
Following completion of a pre-selection questionnaire, appropriate personnel within your organisation can "audit" the response, recommend (management systems) improvements and ultimately approve (or not) the contrator organisation for work with your own.
The built-in flexibility of the OSHENS design allows our customers to create and manage their own audit questionnaires. These do not have to be constrained to safety, health and environment questions only, they can also cover areas such as commerical, financial and quality management systems.
