RIDDOR Reporting

To support compliant and prompt reporting under Statutory Regulations (RIDDOR), OSHENS uses carefully designed algorithms to analyse incident information and provide guidance as to whether the regulations apply to the incident in question.

Furthermore, to ensure accuracy of reporting, information recorded during the notification and review process is carried forward into a pro forma RIDDOR Report Form (i.e. F2508/F2508A).

Once completed the report form requires authorisation by a user with a valid system permission for this action.

Finally, once authorised the report can be submitted electronically to the HSE's Reporting Centre directly from OSHENS.
