OSHENS Audit software provides a questionnaire-based approach to audit of management systems or health and safety performance issues.

Questions are grouped into relevant topic sections and each question within a section can be weighted in importance relative to other questions in the section.

Where questions are answered indicating sub-standard performance a prompt is given for an action plan.

Action plans created can then be tracked and monitored within the central action tracking module.

The OSHENS software includes an administrative interface through which trained users can create and edit the pro forma audit checklists themselves.
