The Stress Risk Assessment module provides a software tool that enables analysis of key stress issues across a chosen population of the workforce.
An administrator decides who should participate in the risk survey. All participants with email addresses receive their access passcode by email, however for personnel who do not have access to email it is possible to send out hardcopy questionnaires.
On survey initiation, users receive their passcodes and are directed to the online questionnaire. The survey is entirely anonymous and does not identify the responses of any participant directly back to them.
Administrators can enter manually any returned hardcopy versions up to the maximum number indicated as having been sent out when the survey was initiated.
At a future point the survey administrator can decide to close the survey. This will disallow any further response submissions. At this point OSHENS performs an automated psychometric analysis of the data grouping questionnaire responses into their relevant key stress headings.
The results provide a picture of the "hot spot" issues as well as targets for improvement based on the HSE's good practice guides for stress risk management.
Action plans can be formulated and tracked based on key measures identified.
