Our general philosophy to training is guided by the design of the software itself. OSHENS is highly reputed for its user-friendliness and the ease with which it can be "picked up" by users.
For this reason we offer a “train the trainer” approach as our standard learning mechanism. We would normally look to train a group of key users (up to 10).
With our considerable knowledge and experience of rolling out safety software systems, we also work closely with your key user group to create a formal training plan to assist in cascading knowledge of the software to your wider user community.
The training plan is supported by a range of training materials (documents, presentation and videos) to make the process as smooth as possible for you.
