Training Support

For all Enterprise implementations it is Optima's standard practice to produce a Training Plan. This will be done following consultation with key customer stakeholders.

Our training plan will address amongst other things:

Training Plans
. the core user groups/types and their usage requirements;
. the training needs and objectives of each user group;
. the nature of training best suited to each group;
. the optimal training environment for each user group;
. the nature of training materials, documentation and media required.
