Under our web hosting business model we clearly acknowledge that we are holding YOUR data on YOUR behalf.
Access to Optima's web servers is strictly controlled and restricted to Data Centre administrators and specifically trained members of Optima's technical team.
Uptime and reliability of service exceeds 99.5% uptime. Daily backups are made of all customer systems and weekly backups stored offsite.

Optima are registered data controllers under the Data Protection Act 1998.
Optima's servers are protected by Integrated Deep Inspection firewalls from Juniper Networks.
All data transmitted between Optima's servers and our customers web browsers is subject to 128-bit encryption using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
